Wiley Hausam is a long-time arts presenter (artistic and executive director) in higher education settings (Stanford University, Purchase College/SUNY and NYU). He opened and launched two new venues: Bing Concert Hall at Stanford and the Skirball Center at NYU. Before that, he worked for more than ten years in theater production – as a producer (at The Public Theater, Joe’s Pub and with four shows on Broadway) and as an artist’s representative (Anna Deavere Smith, George C. Wolfe, and Michael John LaChiusa, among others). In 1999, he founded Wiley Hausam Associates, renamed Hausam Arts in 2016. Through this New York City-based company he is an independent producer, a consultant, and manages a small group of artists.
