Teamwork Event Specialists
This year's decorator will again be Teamwork Event Specialists. Teamwork is a full-service general contractor for tradeshows, conferences, and corporate events producing over 1,000 events annually with operations from coast to coast.
The Service Kit includes information on advance receiving, materials handling and exhibit space "extras" such as literature racks, plants, carpet, or other accessories. All orders must be received no later than Friday, August 18, 2017 to receive the discounted rate.

Electricity & Audio Visual
Electricity and A/V is ordered through PSAV, the Seattle Sheraton’s in-house provider. Electric in your exhibit space may be ordered for a flat rate of $105 plus tax and service (inclusive total = $144.51). This covers all three days of exhibiting, Wednesday through Friday.
Orders for electric and any other desired A/V equipment are due by Friday, August 18, 2017.

WiFi in the exhibit hall will be available, thanks to our sponsors. Internet is also provided in guest rooms for individuals booked within the WAA block.
Exhibitors have a choice in how they get their materials into the exhibit hall. Exhibitors may take advantage of the convenience of Teamwork’s Advance Receiving and Warehousing services, hand-carry materials into the exhibit hall, or participate in the NAPAMA caravan (available to NAPAMA members only).
Advance Receiving and Warehousing
-Small Package Rate-
$30 for the first small package not to exceed 25 lbs; $15 for each additional small package received as part of the same shipment.
Uncrated/Loose Materials: $221+ tax minimum up to 200 lbs
Crated Materials: 200 lb. $170+ tax minimum up to 200 libs; $90 for each additional 100 lb. unit
Any exhibitor whose materials can be brought onto the show floor by one person, in one trip, without the use of rolling suitcases, dollies, bellman’s carts or anything else with wheels, may bring their materials directly into the exhibit hall at no charge.
**An important note about hand-carrying**
In recent years, the conference decorator has been extremely tolerant of exhibitors who roll materials into the exhibit hall. This will not be the case this year. Exhibitors will be stopped at the point of entry if attempts are made to enter the hall with a bellman’s cart, rolling suitcase, or any other device with wheels. If you cannot carry your materials into the hall in one trip by yourself, without the use of a rolling device, you must use advance warehousing.
