Exhibit Options & Pricing

Quick Links

First time at WAA?  Take a look at these exhibit hall photos from previous conferences.

WAA offers different ways you can do business at the conference, from exhibiting in a traditional pipe and drape booth, to exhibiting in casual alternative spaces with no pipe and drape, to no exhibit space at all. Our goal with this combination meeting and exhibit space is to give artists and agents more options and flexibility in how they do business at WAA, placing more emphasis on conversation and discovery and offering new ways to connect.

To be eligible to exhibit at the conference, an artist, manager, agent, or consultant/vendor must be a current WAA member (or staff of a current member) with all dues paid in full.  Please contact Carrie Stephens to check the status of your membership, to join, or with questions about joining.

Registration Dates & Details

Exhibitor registration periods are based on the number years their organization has been a member and exhibiting at WAA. Exhibit spaces are assigned via lottery within each Rank.

Registration Dates

Rank 1 (10+ years exhibiting):  May 1 - 9

Rank 2 (5-9 years exhibiting):  May 15 – 23

Rank 3 (2-4 years exhibiting):  May 30 – June 7

Rank 4 (1st year exhibiting):      June 12 – 20

A reminder about Rank

Exhibitors are dropped back in Rank if a year of exhibiting is skipped (an exhibitor must complete one year in this dropped rank before being restored to their previous status), or membership lapses.  A lapse of membership of more than 365 days clears any exhibiting history accumulated and starts the individual over in Rank Four.

Pricing & Tiers

Registration prices are determined by your organization’s membership Tier (membership dues level) and the type of exhibit space selected.  All exhibit prices include one full conference registration.  The second registration from within the same organization is TBD (early bird).  3+ registrations from the same organization are at a 30% discount (early bird).

Agency Registration

Tier 1: $585 | Tier 2: $830 | Tier 3: $1,100

An Agency Registration is an alternative to traditional booth exhibition.  This type of registration does not include a physical exhibit space and does not allow for the set-up of any marketing materials (displays, posters, headshots, table-tent marketing, photos, etc.).  Rather, an Agency Registrant conducts meetings in any of the communal seating areas located in the exhibit hall and throughout the Commons area.

An Agency Registration is an excellent choice for an agent or manager who wishes to be free of staffing an exhibit space and from having to travel with marketing collateral.  Since an Agency Registration does not provide the same level of visibility as an exhibit space, an Agency Registration is only recommended only those who are confident they do not need the visibility provided by a traditional exhibit space in order to conduct business at the Annual Conference.
