Dance/USA Philadelphia is hosting a Philadelphia Dance Showcase for presenters from across the USA, April 12-13, 2010, at the Jeanne Ruddy Dance Performance Garage in Philadelphia.
Come see nineteen Philadelphia dance companies representing a variety of dance genres, including Hip Hop, African, Contemporary, and Flamenco. Each company will perform an excerpt of its tour-ready repertoire.
Participating Artists: Rennie Harris Puremovement, Miro Dance Theatre, Mano/Damno Projects by Gabrielle Revlock, Kun-Yang Lin/Dancers, Jeanne Ruddy Dance, Group Motion Dance Company, Green Chair Dance Group, Eleone Dance Theatre, Pasion y Arte, Ballet X, Merian Soto/Performance Practice, Voloshky Ukrainian Dance Ensemble, , Three Aksha, Leah Stein Dance Company, Here[begin] Dance Company, Kate Watson-Wallace/anonymous bodies, Kulu Mele African American Dance Ensemble, and Koresh Dance Company.
Accommodations: Special rates for participants at the Four Seasons Hotel or the Latham Hotel. We also recommend the Alexander Inn.
