Registration Information

The WAA Conference provides its members the opportunity to do business, network, and learn from peers. While Nonmember Presenters may attend, WAA members save 25% on conference registration and tuition. Artist/Managers must be members of WAA to register and participate in the Conference.

Artist, Agent, Manager/Exhibitor Registration

Attendance Note: Artists, agents and managers must be members of WAA and either purchase an exhibit/agency registration or be affiliated with an exhibiting organization in order to attend the conference. Exhibit fees are based on membership and exhibit type, and range from $560-$1,540.

Cancellation Policies & Procedures

 

Conference Registration

Conference registrations will be refunded when requested at least 30 days prior to the conference. The administrative fee for a cancelled registration or PDI is 30%. Hospitalities are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any cancellation requests received after July 31 will be approved at the discretion of the Executive Director. If approved, late cancellations will be subject to an administrative fee equal to 40% of the total registration.

Conference Exhibits

Conference exhibits may be canceled up to 45 days before the conference only if WAA is able to resell the exhibit. The administrative fee for a cancelled exhibit space is 30%. The administrative fee for a cancelled agency registration is $100.
