We are pleased to partner with Willwork Events (previously Teamwork Events) for the fourth consecutive year. Willwork is a full-service general contractor for tradeshows, conferences, and corporate events producing over 1,000 events annually with operations from coast to coast.

The Service Kit includes information on advance receiving, materials handling and exhibit space extras such as literature racks, extra furniture, custom carpet, and more.  All orders must be received no later than Friday, August 10, 2018 to receive the discounted rate.

Electricity & Audio Visual

Electricity and A/V is ordered through Encore, the JW Marriot’s in-house provider. Electric in your exhibit space may be ordered for a flat rate of $175 covering all three days of exhibiting, Tuesday through Thursday.

Shipping Information

Exhibitors have a choice in how they get their materials into the exhibit hall. 

Advance Receiving and Warehousing - Recommended

-Small Package Rate-
$35 for the first small package not to exceed 30 lbs; $15 for each additional small package received as part of the same shipment.

-Standard Rates-
Uncrated/Loose Materials: $294 minimum (plus tax) for shipments 31-200 lbs
Crated Materials and shipments over 200 lbs.: See service manual or contact Chris Bulter at boston@willworkinc.com

Cart Load Service
Exhibitors from the area can drive their privately owned vehicle (POV) to the loading dock to unload exhibiting materials, provided supplies and equipment total 200 lbs or less. (Otherwise, Standard Freight Rates apply.) Cartload service will be available only when arranged through Willwork, who will be managing WAA's loading dock activity. The rate for Cart Load Service is $70 per 4'x6' cart on move in (one way), $70 per 4'x6' cart on move out (one way), or $135 per 4'x6' cart for round trip service.

Any exhibitor whose materials can be brought onto the show floor by one person, in one trip, without the use of rolling suitcases, dollies, or bellman’s carts may bring their materials directly into the exhibit hall at no charge.  Carried materials that violate this regulation will be charged for Cart Load service upon entry into the exhibit hall.
