Lucero Cortez joined the WAA team as the Performing Arts Discovery (PAD) program Production Coordinator in September 2021, and is now the PAD Program Manager. 

As the PAD Program Manager, she focuses on the development, production, and international outreach of the PAD program, ultimately helping artists connect with international markets. 

Lucero has a background working with small businesses and marginalized communities through video and documentary production, and is passionate about live performance and supporting artists.
