NONMEMBER REGISTRATION REQUEST 

Nonmember presenters may attend the conference, at the nonmember rate, via this nonmember presenter registration link. PLEASE ONLY USE THIS LINK IF YOU ARE A NONMEMBER PRESENTER, OTHERWISE YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED AND A 30% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR REFUND, PER OUR REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY. 

All other nonmembers (e.g. artists, agents, managers) may attend the conference one time, at the nonmember rate. If your organization has attended before, you must join WAA or renew your membership to attend again. If you're attempting to register for the conference as a nonmember first-time attendee (i.e., your organization has not attended before) please submit this registration request form and a member of the WAA team will get back to you as soon as possible.  If your organization is not a first-time conference attendee, you must renew your membership to register for the conference. If your membership lapsed prior to January 1, 2024 you will need create a new WAA member account, as your membership information was not included in the member portal transition on March 25, 2024.
