Community Conversation Sessions

Lend your voice to a community conversation. What have you experienced? How do you envision the future of the performing arts field?

To take our community's pulse in this highly volatile and challenging time, Western Arts Alliance will hold a series of seven weekly Zoom meetings, starting February 17. Each session is limited to twelve participants and led by two current or past WAA Board members. Your experience as a performing arts professional and practitioner will frame the conversation. This is your chance to share what inspires you, how you think the performing arts field should transform post-COVID, and how you find meaningful connection and support as someone working in the field.

Who should participate

Since these calls will help inform WAA's organizational strategy over the next few years, we ask that all participants be affiliated with our organization somehow. Affiliations may include current or past members, participation in the Annual Conference or WAA Institute, artists who have participated in one of WAA's programs, and community partners.

Calls will take place every Wednesday from February 17 – March 31, 2021. Below, you will find the full schedule well as facilitators from among current and past members of the WAA Board. ALL TIMES PACIFIC.
