Nominations For the 2023 WAA Awards Are Open!

Celebrating Leadership, Creativity, Service, and Mentorship

Is there an innovative leader in your organization deserving of kudos? Has a colleague's support helped you further your career goals? Did one of your peers contribute something remarkable to the field? Let us know about them!  

We are accepting nominations for the 2023 WAA Awards in the following categories: 

Leadership Award 
Honoring extraordinary vision, distinguished leadership, and artistic achievement

Service Award 
Recognizing exceptional volunteer service to Western Arts Alliance, its members, and the field

Mentoring Award 
Recognizing excellence in mentoring and a commitment to the professional advancement of the Western performing arts community

Emeritus Award 
Given to honor members upon their retirement for exemplary and extensive service both to WAA and the field

Tim Wilson Distinguished Service Award 
Honoring members who have made an outstanding impact on the performing arts touring and presenting field in the West

Fill out our short nomination form by 5pm PT on Friday, April 7. Awardees will be recognized at this year's Annual Luncheon taking place on Thursday, September 7 at the WAA Annual Conference in Seattle, WA.
