The below pricing is for single non-member registrations for both the in-person and the virtual. Member save $100 off each registration price, and an additional $75 off two or more registrations. Not a member? Become one today by reaching out to staff@westarts.org.
In-Person
$375 WAA Members | $475 Non-members
This is the main individual registration for presenters, agents and managers, artists, service organizations, and producing companies who want to join us in Portland, OR. The in-person registration includes access to the virtual platform so attendees may take advantage of all the hybrid program offerings.
Virtual Only
$175 WAA Members | $275 Non-members
Use this option if you want to join us virtually. You’ll have access to our curated showcase program, professional development events, and networking opportunities all from the comfort of your computer.

The Hilton Portland Downtown
Just a few blocks from the beautiful downtown waterfront, the hotel is centrally located to public transportation, restaurants, and retail. Portland favorites like Voodoo Donuts, Powell’s Books, Stumptown Coffee, and the Portland Art Museum are just a short walk or light rail ride away! WAA also worked closely with the hotel to secure a 20% reduction in the room rate, as we know every little bit helps.
