May 2024 Member Meetups
WAA is coming to Texas and California! We are planning to host member meetups this month in coordination with the NAPAMA retreat in San Antonio and the CalPresenters Conference in Palm Springs. If you'd like to participate in any of the following events please let us know!
May 19: WAA San Antonio, TX / NAPAMA Meetup
Western Arts Alliance is inviting current WAA members attending the NAPAMA Retreat the evening of Sunday, May 19th from 7:30pm to 9:30pm for light bites and drinks at The Havana Bar at the Havana Hotel (1015 Navarro St) hosted by Executive Director, Joshua Heim.
There will be food for those with dietary restrictions and a limited number of complimentary drink options provided to WAA members.
Space is limited! Please submit an RSVP form for each person of your organization that desires to attend.

May 22: WAA Austin, TX Meet Up
Western Arts Alliance is inviting current WAA members and local performing arts professionals for a tour of the Long Center and a lunch hosted by our Executive Director, Josh Heim the afternoon of Wednesday, May 22nd.
We will meet at the The Long Center (701 W Riverside Dr) for a tour beginning at 1:00pm starting at the Box Office before the lunch at El Alma. The group will walk together from the Long Center or meet at El Alma (1025 Barton Springs Rd) at 2:00pm.
We will reach out with additional parking information to be determined based on The Long Center's availability. There are parking garages located nearby the Long Center for use as well.

May 28/29 TBD: WAA Palm Springs, CA / California Presenters Meetup
Western Arts Alliance is inviting current WAA members attending the CaliforniaPresenters conference the evening of Tuesday, May 28th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm for light bites and drinks at The Hotel Zoso Pool Deck hosted by Executive Director, Joshua Heim.
Provided food will be vegan, and there will be a limited number of complimentary drink tickets provided to WAA members.
