WAA Survey & Strategic Planning

We are excited to announce that the WAA board has adopted a new strategic framework for the next five years and invites you to participate in a survey to help shape WAA’s strategy. 

Last fall, WAA launched a strategic planning process led by our Strategic Planning Committee, chaired by Robin Pomerance. Every WAA Committee has been involved in discussing and prioritizing WAA’s strategic objectives which the board voted to approve in April. You can read the updated strategic framework here.

Now, the WAA Committees will go back to work to develop the strategies and tactics of the plan. We would like to hear from you as we create the roadmap to achieve our strategic objectives. How can we serve a thriving performing arts community in the West?
